Non-USA Customers

Customs, Duties and refund policy

All non-USA customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by their destination country. Boy Vienna is not responsible for shipments that are refused, delayed, returned, abandoned, or confiscated due to a customer's failure or refusal to pay these charges.

Orders refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid customs duties or import fees are not eligible for refunds, including refunds of the original product cost or shipping fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any additional return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier penalties resulting from a refused shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Freight Forwarding Services Policy

Customers who choose to use third-party freight forwarding services do so at their own risk. Boy Vienna's shipping responsibility ends once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, including any freight forwarding facility, warehouse, or intermediary address. Boy Vienna is not responsible for any loss, damage, delays, customs issues, confiscation, rejection, or additional fees that occur after delivery to a third-party freight forwarder.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their freight forwarding service accepts the products purchased and complies with all applicable shipping, import, customs, and destination-country regulations. mBoy Vienna provides shipment information to its selected carrier through the carrier's electronic shipping documentation. We are not responsible for providing additional documentation, labeling, declarations, or paperwork required by third-party freight forwarding services unless expressly agreed upon before shipment. Orders successfully delivered to a freight forwarding address are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to issues arising from the freight forwarder's handling, acceptance, processing, or onward shipment of the package, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
